First of all confirm this you have Google+ and Blogger profiles with the same Google Account with a same name. If both your profiles are under one account, then you can do work on this tutorial easily. 

• Go to Your Blog Dashboard. In The top-right Region Of Your Screen, You Will See a Cog Icon.

After Hitting On Cog, Click On Revert to Google+ and You Will See A Confirmation Screen.

Just check the "I've read the above and fully understand that my public Google+ profile will now be associated with all of my blogs, and I'm ready to switch to Google+ profile on Blogger." box and click switch.

If in the future, you want to disconnect the two accounts and revert to your Blogger profile, you can simply use the cog icon again and click on  revert to Blogger profile.

Now, select any blog and head over to the “Google+” Tab and check (tick) the "Automatically share after posting" Box.
